We want you to love your L.A. Girl products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
